BOMA-Wisconsin/AOMA-Greater Milwaukee provides its members with exclusive benefits and provides outstanding resources for professionals in the office and apartment industry

We provide a network of nearly 400 members throughout Wisconsin, which consists of property management professionals, asset manages, development owners, corporate facility managers, leasing professionals, senior government facility managers, and a variety of companies that provide products and services to the commercial real estate industry.

We offer our members the opportunity to interact with prominent leaders from within the industry or from associated industries and government officials who have an impact on the commercial real estate industry. Our social activities encourage networking and enhance communication among our members.

BOMA-Wisconsin/AOMA-Greater Milwaukee maintains high professional standards for industry professionals by advocating continuous learning through seminars and educational programs. We also support the industry’s leading professional designations, the RPA® and FMA®, by offering BOMI Institute classes.
