Membership LevelsBuilding Owner or Manager - This category is for real estate professional who own or manage office, commercial, or industrial properties. Member companies will also become members of BOMA International. Membership dues for building owners and managers are based on the total square footage in your management portfolio. Industrial Hospitality - This category is designed for large industrial companies and large corporate facilities, such as hospitals, casinos and single company users. This is a Primary, voting membership category, that comes with all of the benefits and privileges, including access to BOMA International. Apartment Owner or Manager - This category is for real estate professionals who own or manage multi-unit residential properties. Member companies will automatically become members of the National Apartment Association (NAA). Membership dues are calculated based on the total number of units in your management portfolio. Professional Services - Service professional provide valuable services to real estate professionals. Professional service members are approved by the Board of Directors as trusted leaders in their industry. Professional Service providers will also become members of BOMA International. Membership dues are a flat annual rate. BOMA BEAT - Membership is especially designed for Maintenance and Administrative Support personnel, who want to be a part of the BOMA/AOMA networking, education and fun! While this membership DOES NOT entitle the applicant to voting rights or BOMA International membership, the BOMA BEAT membership WILL allow its members to attend local programming at member prices and WILL include the local newsletter and monthly e-mail correspondence. This category is an extension of our new BEAT (BOMA Education And Training) program and provides for an inexpensive way to stay current on constantly changing industry trends. Must be used in conjunction with a current Office, Industrial or Apartment member in the same company. |
